Nicki Minaj’s Fan Graduates With Bachelor’s Degree
A fan, who Nicki Minaj helped pay his tuition, has graduated from college and posted a heartfelt message to her on her birthday.
Artavian Cook posted a message on Instagram, letting the world know that he’s finally out of college thanks to Minaj.
"I can't believe that I'm actually saying this out loud, but I am an official college GRADUATE!" Cook wrote. "Bachelor of Science in Biology. Chemistry and Psychology minor. This day is even more special because @NICKIMINAJ paid my tuition a few semesters ago, and today is her birthday!"
If you recall, Minaj reached out to fans in 2017 and offered to take care of tuition fees or pay off their student loans. HipHopDX reports that by 2018, she had helped 37 fans and paid more than $18,000 to help them.
Last month, Minaj revealed to the world that a six-episode docuseries about her life is coming to HBO Max. The streaming giant ordered a docuseries about her life, and it’s set to be directed by Michael John Warren, the director of Jay-Z’s concert documentary Fade to Black.
