Is it us or is baby Future growing up too fast?

It seems like it was just yesterday when Ciara announced she was pregnant with her first child, Future Zahir—and now the 3-year-old just got his first haircut. Time is flying!

Yesterday, Ciara posted a photo on the 'gram showing how her toddler switched up his adorable 'fro to a new mohawk style. And, of course, mama CiCi was super excited to share the milestone with her 18 million IG followers.

"That feeling after your #FirstCut!" she captioned the photo that's already garnished over 618k likes since yesterday. "His mohawk dream finally came to life!" 

We take it that he's loving his new look: "He was so happy. The next morning he asked, 'Is my hair cut still here?'" Ciara added. 

How cute! Don't mind us as we get teary-eyed, we can't help but think it's only a matter of time before we see him in his fly prom gear. *sigh*
