Uncle Luke Blasts Latino Trump Voters After 2024 Election
Donald Trump may have won the 2024 presidential election, but Uncle Luke wasn’t handing out any congratulations — especially not to the 45% of Latino voters who backed him.
The former 2 Live Crew member took to his Instagram Live to air his frustrations, pointing to the surprising increase in Latino support for the Republican candidate. According to NBC News’ exit polls, Trump secured 45% of the Latino vote, marking a 13-point jump from 2020 and setting a new record for a Republican presidential nominee, surpassing George W. Bush’s 44% in 2004.
“All y’all who didn’t vote for Kamala, y’all stupid a** gon’ get deported,” Luke said. “Y’all having marches and s**t already. We are not going out there to march. Black people are not going to march for you. I’m sorry, we will not be marching. It’s no more such thing as Black and brown people. It’s Black. We will not be marching with you.”
He shared his disappointment in what he saw as a betrayal of trust. “The line got drawn last Tuesday,” the 63-year-old said. “We know where we stand with all y’all. White people know where they stand with white women. Black people know where they stand with Hispanics. We thought y’all were our friends. Y’all go through some things, we be out there fighting and marching, and then you do this.”
Luke also joked about potential future consequences for those who voted for Trump, suggesting a change in how some Black people might support Latinos going forward. “Now you got to worry about the little Black ladies who sitting there looking out the window calling the people on you,” he said. “Hey ICE. They going to be singing the song. ‘Ice Ice Baby.’”
