Instagram is loaded with “plastic faces” that have been poked and prodded with fillers and other substances, but Kehlani is saying that she is not one of those faces. The claim came after the R&B songstress posted a selfie on IG and was called out by folks for seemingly getting work done to her face. The 23-year-old singer has a very good reason for her “different” look.

She took Twitter over the weekend to clear up the plastic surgery claims saying, "LMAO y’all i have never gotten facial surgery. don’t plan on it," she wrote. "i look “different” because i’m HEALTHY. i’m well rested for once, not on the road. i removed all my piercings and pay a lot of attention to my skin care. stress levels down. that’s it. suck miiii w the accusations."
