'Cash Her in a Lawsuit' – Hanes Clothing Sent Danielle Bregoli a Fiery Demand to Stop Using Their Champion Logo
Here's what the company said in the letter.
The girl who made Cash Me Ousside a household phrase may be about to lose some cash. Danielle Bregoli and her mother reportedly received an angry letter from Hanes Brands that alleged they ripped off the Champion logo to sell “Cashmeousside” merchandise, reported TMZ.
According to TMZ, Hanes accused Danielle of stealing the stylized "C" they use for their Champion logo. In the letter, the company reportedly said it needs to protect its "extensive consumer goodwill and reputation."
Hanes has allegedly given Danielle a week to stop all production of merch using the Champion "C."
Bregoli previously sold the sweatshirt on her merch website
She wore the design while appearing in Kodak Black's video for '1K'
Diplo was even captured wearing the logo
The shirt with the logo in question has since been removed from Danielle's merch site.
