Solange Drops Two New Videos From 'A Seat at the Table'
Solange Knowles thanked her fans for the incredible response to her new album A Seat At the Table by dropping even more work for us to enjoy.
On Sunday evening, the singer-songwriter released two new videos from the album, which reached the #1 spot on iTunes over the weeked. The visuals for "Cranes In the Sky" and "Don't Touch My Hair," directed by Solo and her husband Alan Ferguson, both incorporate stunning photography, interpretive dance and lots of beautiful Black men and women.
The two clips share similar themes, including plenty of Solange dancing in colorful outfits, surrounded by either bodies and faces or the vast, wondrous beauty of nature:
The videos, which she has been teasing on Instagram for weeks, aren't the only visuals offered to accompany the album. The project also came with a digital book of photography offered on her website.
