Eve is having a blast celebrating this Scorpio season.

The “Let Me Blow Ya Mind” rapper and her husband, entrepreneur Maximillion Cooper, hosted a grand birthday celebration at London’s Cafe Royal Hotel last weekend. In one video, she blew out the candles on her cake, which appeared to have a gold microphone, as the crowd sang Stevie Wonder’s rendition of “Happy Birthday.”

Eve stood adorned in a full-length, designer black dress featuring a stylish high neckline, a single sleeve, and a tasteful side split. The ensemble was complemented by a pair of chic gold heels, adding a touch of glamour to her overall look.

Cooper professed his love for his wife on Instagram, writing, “Happy Birthday to my beautiful wife! Let’s party tonight!” 

Cooper, who is the creator of the popular Gumball 3000 car rally, also shared a photo of his wife on the day of her dinner, with the caption, “The Birthday Girl,” and a heart emoji. TheYBF compiled InstaStories from guests at the party, and it was clear that it was an exclusive and upscale affair.

The Coopers have been married since 2014 after tying the knot in Ibiza. They've been together for almost a decade and now have a one-year-old son named Wilde Wolf. This is Eve's first child, although she has four stepchildren with Cooper from his previous marriage.

They first met in 2010 when the Grammy-award-winning artist attended the launch party for Cooper's Gumball 3000 rally. Cooper fondly reflected on this special day during a 2020 episode of Eve's former show, “The Talk.”

The businessman recalled being “mesmerized” by his wife when they first met. “We met on the red carpet at the big party I was hosting in London for the Gumball,” he said. “I’d heard her music before, but that night, she was actually performing. I remember introducing her. And just watching her, I was mesmerized. And I’ve pretty much been mesmerized ever since.”

It’s not hard to be obsessed with the hip-hop legend. Eve has been enjoying the afterglow of her birthday on Nov. 10, receiving a flurry of well wishes from various celebrity peers, including Naturi Naughton, Missy Elliott, MC Lyte, Trina, and more. With all she’s given to the world of hip hop, she’s more than deserving.
