It was announced earlier today that talk show host Steve Harvey met with president-elect Donald Trump at the Trump Tower. After receiving some backlash for the meeting, the Family Feud host has taken to social media to explain what the sit-down entailed.

Harvey explained that he believes Trump means well and is sincerely trying to help "the situations in the inner cities," and has thus involved Dr. Ben Carson to get that in motion.
