Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries Pre-nup

The reality star and hubby-to-be play it safe

Keeping up with Kim Kardashian is always entertaining. The reality TV star may be preparing to wed but she’s still keeping her wallet close. According to E! News, K-squared and fiancé Kris Humphries will sign prenuptials agreements considered standard for people who are worth millions. It’s a smart move for the soon-to-be-bride, who from doing TV, fashion, fragrance, workout and cupcake mixes, is worth a cool $35 million. That sparkles brightly next to Humphries’s $8 million. Handling the romance the way she handles her career, the NY Post reports Kardashian wants to be pregnant by the end of the year, after the weddding. She’s got six months left to make that happen.

In related news, Nurse Jackie star Edie Falco laughed at Kardashian’s validity to celebritydom during a New York Magazine blog interview, according to Access Hollywood. When asked if she watches reality TV, Falco, who won three Emmys for her role as Tony’s wife in The Sopranos, reportedly snickered, “Who the hell is Kim Kardashian?" Obviously not one to stay up with the family, the award-winning actress not only used the word “frightening” but she added, "If there's something about her personality or something that she's accomplished or her philosophy on something.”

It seems safe to say the woman who once played a former mob boss’s wife doesn’t appreciate the world of reality celebrity. It’s too bad because faux fame is sometimes just as good as watching real stars.
