If you know Cardi B, you know she reps the Bronx, “BX,” to the fullest. The artist makes her love for her “hood” and the struggles she endured and overcame known in her music and on a daily basis.

That’s why it comes as no surprise that Cardi recently showed off a custom $600 1 Of 1 leather jacket with the words “Just A Girl From The Bronx” on the back. According to the designer, Trenna of 1 of 1, she “came up with the whole idea to embody Cardi’s sweet, humble attitude and love for the Bronx into a jacket.”  

The designer said of Cardi, “She loves where she comes from and she’s a Rockstar, so the studs had to go on the jacket. So I thought instead of just plainly putting her name Cardi B on the back of the jacket I put “Just A Girl From The Bronx.” The back with black paint and the words in white to pop out!”

The "Bodak Yellow" singer, of course, showed off the design and her love for her new leather on Insta. Of course, who doesn’t like to put on for our city, especially when in the words of Snootie Wild, “You done ate up out that mud.”
