Teyana Taylor Glows On The Red Carpet At Fashion Los Angeles Awards
Teyana Taylor is proving to the world that she is an international style darling and a true contender in the world of fashion. During the Daily Front Row’s Fashion Los Angeles Awards on April 23, Taylor nearly shut down the red carpet in a stunning floor length, black Mônot gown with a sheer bodice and black boning. She accessorized with black opera gloves, black Chanel sunglasses, and a silver lip ring.
The 32-year-old singer/actress and mom-of-two showed off her toned waist and legs as the gown also featured a long black skirt with a high slit and a small train. She finished off the look with black, open-toed heels. Taylor presented Mônot founder Eli Mizrahi with the “Emerging Brand of the Year” award.
The event celebrated some of the most important names in fashion today, including the best in design and makeup. According to Fashion Week Daily, this year’s show was hosted by recently-retired stylist extraordinaire, Law Roach and welcomed other A-list celebrity guests, including Miley Cyrus, Kim Kardashian, and many more who presented.
Roach wore Fear of God on the red carpet. The fashion brand recently made history as only the second fashion label to host a full runway show at The Hollywood Bowl.
Taylor is having a big year, as critics have praised her starring role in the drama film A Thousand and One.
The film, written and directed by A.V. Rockwell debuted at the 2023 Sundance Film Festival and won the prestigious Grand Jury Prize.
Taylor is also featured in the upcoming Hulu sports comedy film White Men Can't Jump, a remake of the 1992 film of the same name. The movie drops on May 19th.
