Lucky Daye Returns with New Track, ‘That’s You’
Lucky Daye is ending the fourth quarter with new music.
The Grammy Award-winner began the week by announcing his upcoming single, “That’s You.” The song was co-produced by frequent collaborators D’Mile and Bruno Mars, who also helped co-write it.
The 38-year-old shared a sneak peek of the song on his X account (formerly Twitter) and a photo of his younger self, tagging his guest artists in the caption. The upcoming project drops on Wednesday (Nov. 1).

The track marks Lucky’s first time collaborating with Mars. The R&B crooner, however, has worked with D’Mile in the past, most recently on his last album, “Candydrip,” released in 2022.
The project served as a follow-up to the New Orleans native’s 2019 debut LP, “Painted.” The effort ultimately earned the singer five Grammy nominations. Listen here.
