Phaedra Parks is standing by her man — for now, at least — after Apollo Nida was arrested for bank fraud and identity theft last week, but she could be found guilty by association. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star, who has maintained that she knew nothing about her husband's shady business dealings, may have been more aware than she is letting on.
RadarOnline.com has obtained the corporation's database from the Georgia Secretary of State, and discovered that Parks is listed as a co-owner of many of Nida's business entities. Though none of these companies were listed in Nida’s federal indictment, the database shows that Parks was involved in her husband's business dealings — even if it was in name only.
For now, Parks has not been charged with any crimes. But the practicing lawyer could, if charged and convicted, face disbarment from the George State Bar over her connections to the ongoing case. A rep for Georgia State Bar tells Radar, however, that she is in no immediate danger of losing her law license. “She is an active member and has no public discipline,” a rep for the organization says. “She has never been disbarred or suspended and is a member in good standing.”
No word on how the legal troubles will play out on Real Housewives of Atlanta or Parks' spin-off show, Rich People Problems. 
Nida is currently out on bail, but is under strict orders to stay out of trouble and refrain from drug and alcohol use. His passport has also been confiscated by the authorities.
