Lil Wayne Says 'She Will' is About 'Females'
Lil Wayne isn't ever more than a video chat away from his protégé Drake, thanks to Skype. The MCs released footage of their newest collaboration "She Will" via the digital phone service on YouTube today. Wayne's personal videographer DJ Scoob Doo filmed the exchange for a forth-coming DVD entitled Nino Brown 3, which will be released via the production company Streets Talk.
"She Will" featuring the Canadian MC will be included on Wayne's oft-delayed album Tha Carter IV, slated to hit shelves on August 29.
"Some people hang you out to dry like a towel rack, I'm all about I give the rest of the vowels back," Lil Wayne raps on "She Will" in the clip. "I like my girl thick, not just kinda fine/ Eat her till she cry, call that wine and dine."
"Now I like my house big and my grass soft/ I like my girl face south and her a-- north," he continued in part two of Scoob Doo's behind the scenes coverage. "But I'm like Stevie Wonder to the bullsh--/ Now hop up on that d--- and do a full split."
Later the MC explained why his new direction may surprise some music lovers.
"I know fans must be like 'What's this ni--a talking about now, that ni--a done been in there?' " Wayne said, looking into the camera. "You come on a song, like that song's hard, and start talking about all the females?"
There is no official word on the release date of the Nino Brown 3 DVD, however Scoob did share that he and Wayne are working "closely on a feature film."
The "She Will" single will be available on August 9.
