Sometimes having fun can go too far, especially if you’re in someone else’s car. That’s allegedly what happened with Chaka Khan’s son Damien Holland.

According to TMZ, Holland, along with oil tycoon and Hollywood boss Marvin Davis’s grandson Jason "Gummy Bear" Davis, was arrested Thursday in Beverly Hills for pushing a whip that wasn’t theirs. Police spotted the two riding around in a white Audi Q5. After being pulled over, the car was searched and stolen mail was found.

Holland and Davis were arrested and booked for possession of stolen property and identity theft. Police also say the pair could be charged with possession of a stolen car as well. No word yet on when they’re slated to appear in court.
