Is Lil Eazy-E the Next Eazy-E?

The late rappers' son wants to play his father in upcoming film role.

Eric Wright Jr., the eldest child of the late N.W.A. rapper and founder, says he's ready to step into his father's shoes in a planned biopic about the legendary California rap crew.

"I'm the perfect man for the role," he said in an interview with TMZ.
The film, to be produced by Ice Cube for New Line Cinema, is still in the beginning stages, and Jr., hasn't formally auditioned for the part. But as far as he's concerned, casting the role is a no-brainer.
"Who better to play him in the N.W.A. days?" ... Lil' Eazy said ... adding, "Like father, like son -- no makeup needed."
Jr., 27, raps under the name Lil' Eazy-E, and plans to release a new mixtape titled The Return Of Gangsta Rap later this year.
