Report: Tyrese’s Ex-Wife Went To Court Claiming He Has A ‘Mental Illness’
Tyrese’s ex-wife, Norma Gibson recently filed a motion to have the R&B crooner undergo a mental evaluation following his recent posts on social media.
According to TMZ.com, Gibson’s attorney Aleen Khanjian believes establishing the crooner’s mental state is essential to their impending child support case.
Khanjian even cites a court-appointed evaluator has referred to the singer as having a “mental illness.”
Gibson is also going for a permanent restraining order against the crooner arguing that he violated their initial order by posting videos talking about their 10-year-old daughter Shayla Gibson.
Tyrese has spoken out about his recent outburst blaming behavior on the medication Rexulti, which is used to treat depression and schizophrenia.
Despite Norma Gibson’s claims, the presiding judge has yet to order a mental evaluation.
