Bow Wow Speaks Out For The First Time Since Domestic Violence Arrest
Bow Wow foiled any plans from TMZ to get that exclusive statement on his recent domestic violence ordeal as he was leaving out of Atlanta’s Magic City strip club on Saturday night (February 9) during Super Bowl weekend.
Reporters tried their damndest to get a statement from Bow on the situation, which left him and his former girlfriend Kiyomi Leslie in cuffs when police responded to a nasty physical brawl between the two. Reports have it that he claims Leslie socked him in the face with a lamp during the altercation, which would explain Bow’s cringeworthy mugshot showing several scratches and bruises to the face. The two have conflicting stories about how the alteration unraveled, with Leslie claiming he burst into a jealous rage and Bow oppositely claiming that she was the aggressor. The child rap star-turned-Hollywood hot shot was reportedly released on $8,000 bail afterward—just in time to catch up on the Super Bowl weekend festivities. Of course, he was doing just that when TMZ caught up with him to get his side of how things actually went down.
TMZ appears to have staked out at Magic City before and after Bow’s arrival
As he was exiting his vehicle and entering the club, one reporter asked really happened, to which Bow shrugged it off. In the next part of the clip, he returns to his vehicle as TMZ continues digging in questions about the altercation. “I’m not allowed to talk!” Bow replied. “Lawyer said I can’t talk!”
From that point, Bow pretty much trolls the reporters still shelling out questions about the incident
Hanging out of the door of his SUV, Bow, instead, discusses the Super Bowl and hilariously throws everyone off with his proposition that the Atlanta Falcons will take home the championship trophy—the same Atlanta Falcons who are not in the Super Bowl this year. He will say one thing though: “Atlanta is a great city!”
As security attempts to get him into the vehicle, Bow continues his tirade about the Falcons’ “Super Bowl” contending. He finally ducks off into the SUV with, “Tom Brady’s gonna win!”
Looks like you'll have to take it up with the lawyers, folks!
