Coldplay headlines this year’s Super Bowl 50 halftime show. Bruno Mars will be there too, and Mrs. Carter is reportedly “in talks” to make a guest appearance.
Nothing has been confirmed yet, but it’s never a bad idea to put Bey on the main stage because she always shines. And let us not forget that her 2013 halftime performance was so electric that the power literally went out.
Bey is also featured on Coldplay’s new A Head Full of Dreams LP, along with her baby girl, Blue Ivy Carter, Gwyneth Paltrow, Tove Lo and Noel Gallagher.
Last year’s Super Bowl halftime headliner, Katy Perry, was joined by Missy Elliott. The reception from Elliott’s guest appearance inspired her to end a decade-long hiatus.
Super Bowl 50 will be held Feb. 7 at the Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif.
