The BET Awards 2022 is officially underway, and we’re already off to a spectacular start. Award-winning actress, writer, and producer Taraji P. Henson is hosting tonight’s event at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, CA. Several artists are set to take the stage, including Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter Lizzo, rapper Jack Harlow, Latto, Chance the Rapper, and many more.We are also honoring entertainment and music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs with the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award. The coveted award honors industry giants who have not only significantly shaped culture through their extensive careers but have also been transformative leaders who consistently inspire generations by setting a true standard of excellence.

The Bad Boy Records label founder, who discovered and developed some of the most iconic acts in the business, will also take the stage for a star-studded tribute featuring Mary J. Blige, Jodeci,  Lil’ Kim, Busta Rhymes, The Lox, Bryson Tiller, Faith Evans, and The Maverick City Choir in a musical performance you won’t want to miss.
