Kerry Washington, Martin Lawrence and Other Celebs Send Love to Jamie Foxx While Actor Recovers From Mysterious 'Medical Complication'
Following news of Jaime Foxx’s hospitalization while shooting a film in Atlanta, fans and celebrity friends sent love and messages of healing to the multi-hyphenate star, reports People Magazine. A day after the Oscar winner's daughter, Corinne Foxx, told fans that Foxx had a "medical complication" celebs such as Kerry Washington, who co-starred with Foxx in Django Unchained, posted an image of them together as well as words of appreciation.

According to an Instagram message posted by his daughter Corinne Foxx, the Grammy winner “experienced a medical complication” and has already been treated by doctors. She added that he is now on the road to recovery.
“We wanted to share that, my father, Jamie Foxx, experienced a medical complication yesterday. Luckily, due to quick action and great care, he is already on his way to recovery,” reads the post on behalf of the Foxx family.
Foxx was in Atlanta shooting the feature film Back in Action, a Netflix comedy starring Foxx and Cameron Diaz, at the time of the undisclosed medical complication, according to Vanity Fair.
Actor and fellow comedian, Martin Lawence took to Twitter to send love. "My family and I are lifting you up in prayer. Much love and many blessings my brotha @iamjamiefoxx".
The statement from Foxx’s family anticipated the outpouring of love and support. “We know how beloved he is and appreciate your prayers," the statement continues, "The family asks for privacy during this time."
