Funny Moments From Ms. Pat’s Most Unserious Cases

Ms. Pat’s practice cases feature celebrity friends settling gripes unconventionally, and it’s hilarious.

It’s safe to say that Ms. Pat Settles It! is the most absurd judge show in the history of judge shows, probably next to Judge Jerry (RIP). Think about it: she’s a comedian, has no legal experience, and is a convicted felon. But it’s all good because Ms. Pat is honest and hilarious whenever she delivers her judgments, jokes, and opinions. So, imagine what it’s like for her to deal with rappers. Like, actual working rappers.

You don’t have to imagine because two of her most hilariously unserious “practice cases” involve Jim Jones vs. Fab and 2Chainz vs. his son Halo. Here are the funniest takeaways.

It’s safe to say that Ms. Pat Settles It! is the most absurd judge show in the history of judge shows, probably next to Judge Jerry (RIP). Think about it, she’s a comedian, has no legal experience at all, and is a convicted felon. But it’s all good because Ms. Pat is real and hilarious whenever she’s delivering her judgments, jokes and opinions.

Ms. Pat Doesn't Like New Yorkers?

She said it. Here’s the breakdown. Jim Jones brought his friend Fabolous to court because he was tired of Fab wasting his time at the gym. According to Jim, Fab focused more on being fly than working out. He’d come to the gym rocking Balenciagas and matching sweat suits but not really be that into breaking a sweat. Fabolous felt like Jim was being a hater.

The entire time, Ms. Pat was throwing shots at them for being from New York,  and she really violated when she said that Harlem and Brooklyn are the same. That’s a wild accusation, and Jim Jones pointed out that they’re different but that people from Brooklyn tend to be ruder, hence Fab’s attitude on the show. Ms. Pat couldn’t get over Harlem and Brooklyn being very different and said, “I don’t like y’all.” So, there you have it. She is a biased judge.

Ms. Pat Thinks Jim Jones is a Hater

Ultimately, she ruled in favor of Fab because she didn’t see anything wrong with him wanting to be fly at the gym. She also liked that he had “church windows” on his jacket. The jacket in question was a $1,000 jacket by SVRN.

Ms. Pat Loves The Kids

The next hilarious case found 2 Chainz’s 7-year-old son, Halo, suing him for the right to stay up past his bedtime. He feels like he should be able to stay up until 10, like his older sister. But first of all, 7-year-olds need at least 10 hours of sleep. A kid who has to wake up at around 6 or 7 isn’t going to get that amount. Plus, Halo is funny-style with the chores around the house. Finally, 2 Chainz added that if Halo doesn’t get sleep, his mama won’t be happy either, so that’s that on that. Ms. Pat made all of these points and ruled in 2 Chainz’s favor, but then turned around and ruled in Halo’s favor, making it so that he could get $200 out of his pops and pops agreed. As tough as Ms. Pat can be, she got finessed by a cute face. Let’s face it: she has a soft spot for kids.
