Momma Dee Posts A Family Photo On Instagram: ‘I Love My Children More Than Anything In This World’
Momma Dee wants the world to know how much she loves her adult children. The mom-of-two took to Instagram with a backstage photo posing with her daughter Jasmine Brown and son Darryl Richardson Jr., better known as the rapper Scrappy.
“A Mothers Love for her child is like nothing else in the world. It knows no law, no pity, it dares all things and crushes down remorselessly all that stands in its path,” she captioned the social media post on Tuesday (Nov. 8). “I love my Children more than anything in this world.”
The post comes shortly after a recent episode of Love and Hip Hop Atlanta aired in which Scrappy opened up to his mother about his childhood complications.
“I saw your lifestyle, I grew up in a whore house. I grew up in a trap house, so all I knew was that. And I love you because you held it down, you did what you had to do. But imagine…you never had to sleep with your momma 24/7 cause you couldn’t go in your room,” Scrap said during the season finale, reports The Shade Room.
He continued, “You never had to walk in on motherf**kers doing dope. The way I was raised, I had to deal with that. Everything that happened, I had to deal with that and I’m still dealing with it cause ain’t nobody come and take me and give me no help. I learned about that when I got older. This s**t real, this in my head my whole life.”
Following the heated discussion, the mother-son duo embraced shortly after Scrappy thanked Momma Dee for supporting his music career.
