In honor of the life of fallen Miami rapper XXXTentacion, one of his industry mates, rap star Lil Uzi Vert, is taking the initiative to keep his family financially afloat amid the revelation that X had a new baby on the way before his death.

Queens femcee icon Nicki Minaj would like to lend a helping hand as well. But when one fan pressed her about another important cause, #JusticeForJunior, the “Chun-Li” raptress clapped back with some important questions that need answers.

Posted by The Shade Room, Nicki responded to Uzi’s Twitter announcement about X’s family, where he discussed his interest in starting up a fund or foundation to make sure that the 20-year-old rapper’s family and unborn child would be well taken care of in the long run.

“I’d be honored to help babe,” she wrote to the Luv Is Rage artist. “Hit me with the info.”

An Instagrammer apparently found Nicki’s proposal to Uzi somewhat biased, asking her whether she had that same philanthropic energy for young Junior, the Bronx teen who was brutally murdered by gang members in a case of mistaken identity. The horrific circumstances of the case received national attention and an outpouring of support for the slain 15-year-old and his family from several members of Hollywood. Nicki, however, didn’t appreciate that the fan was singling her out in the comment, let alone grilling her on donations.

“How come you didn’t put uzi @ name too SIS?” Nicki replied to the commenter. “Only know how to get some likes in a comment section off OTHER BLACK WOMEN RIGHT SIS?”

Nicki gave the Instagrammer a proposal of her own as well: “Show me what you donated to Junior Sis,” she continued. “Then I’ll show what I did.”

It’s worth nothing that despite the user’s discontent with Nicki’s choice of altruistic effort, the Young Money first lady has been openhanded in charitable causes for quite some time. In addition to her donations to an underdeveloped Indian village, Nicki has kept education at the top of her benefactor list by offering to pay the college tuition of fans as well as student debts.

So, as in the words of Ms. Chun-Li herself, she been on.
