Nick Cannon Shares Hilarious Gym Skit Featuring Abby De La Rosa

In the comedy sketch, he attempts to impress a woman, and everything goes wrong.

Nick Cannon is learning a fun lesson on cocky behavior at the gym.

On Tuesday (September 26), The Masked Singer host posted a silly skit of him on TikTok trying to showboat at the gym, and it all went wrong. The sketch features Abby De La Rosa, who shares three kids with Cannon– twin boys Zion and Zillion and daughter Beautiful Zeppelin– and comedian Courtney Bee.

“When flexing at the gym goes wrong…😩💪🏽,” he captioned the post.

In the clip, the Nick Cannon in the Mornings radio host was outfitted in a red beanie, black sleeveless hoodie, and yellow sweatpants. He entered the gym while the two women were training; as he checked out, one of them, played by De La Rosa, was sporting a short pixie cut, a gray crop top, and black leggings.

Shortly after, he said, "I got next," as he gestured toward a machine in use by Bee. As he intruded on the gym goer, he asked, "You done?" while she responded, "No." Although she was still doing her set, Cannon continued to invade her space, ultimately taking over the machine.

In an attempt to show off, the movie star soon realized the gym isn’t the best place to try and impress if you don’t have the skills to back it up.

As Cannon begins to use the machine, he pretends to struggle on the first pull; it quickly goes downhill.

“Oh s - - - !” he yelled as he was yanked upward by the equipment.

As he struggled, De La Rosa asked, "You need some help?" as it was clear he was in desperate need of guidance. "She got this on Arnold Schwarzenegger," he quipped. However, he declined assistance and proceeded to do another rep.

Cannon continued to miss the mark horribly, and then ladies in the gym walked off, leaving him to fend for himself.

All we have to say is Nick, next time, take it easy.
