Iggy Azalea Throws a Little Cash at Jefe Wine to Make Him Go Away
Iggy Azalea has one less problem to deal with. The pop star reportedly reached a settlement with her ex-boyfriend Jefe Wine, who had been threatening the chart-topping artist with claims he had a sex tape of the two of them, and that he owned some of her music.
Wine also claimed he was in a common law marriage with the Aussie transplant and most recently, he accused her of giving him an STD and sought financial compensation for medical bills.
Rather than run the risk to see what Jefe might do next, Azalea decided to throw some money at her trouble. According to TMZ, she paid her ex off with a small piece of her fortune — a very small piece. "He couldn't even get a Honda Accord out of it," a source says.
Presumably, the settlement also means Azalea has dropped her countersuit, in which she denied the claims and sued him for stolen data and forgery.
So now that this ugliness is out of the way, Iggy can just go back to focusing on picking up the pieces of her career.
