Jermaine Dupri Ordered to Drop $79,000 Over Lamborghini Lawsuit
It's been two years since Jermaine Dupri drove his Lamborghini Murcielago, but that doesn't mean he gets to stop making payments. A judge ordered the Atlanta producer to cover the nearly $80,000 balance left on the car, this according to TMZ.
Dupri must fork over the remaining $79,095 on his $300,000 luxury vehicle, repo'd in 2011 following a lawsuit from the dealership, Premier Financial Services.
The suit was filed against the So So Def founder on June 18, and a judge ruled in the dealership's favor, citing that the 40-year-old had disregarded the legal paperwork.
This huge car note is the latest in a growing stack of bills bearing Dupri's name. Aside from recurring tax liens ($3 million of which were taken care of in February), the Atlanta native may be forced to part with his So So Def song catalog in order to settle a multi-million dollar defaulted loan.
