@xclusiv_09 Post workout you should have a balanced meal. My green juice is a high nutrient alkaline energy boost perfect in the A.M or 3pm

 

@JeanetteJenkins Lunch: a naked baked potatoe. Are p-toes THAT bad? Just had a carb guilt feeling but I need something for my workout, no?

@MulattoMuse A medium baked potato is only 60-100 calories & loaded with fiber. It's a great lunch addition
