1. Beyoncé Releases Album Name and Artwork
The wait is almost over. Beyoncé has released the official album name and artwork for her highly anticipated album, “Cowboy Carter.” Queen Bey thanked her fans for their support on Instagram.
“Today marks the 10-day countdown until the release of ‘act ii.’ Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all of the supporters of ‘TEXAS HOLD ‘EM’ and ‘16 CARRIAGES’. I feel honored to be the first Black woman with the number one single on the Hot Country Songs chart,” her post read.”That would not have happened without the outpouring of support from each and every one of you. My hope is that years from now, the mention of an artist’s race, as it relates to releasing genres of music, will be irrelevant.”
“Cowboy Carter” will be released on Friday, March 29.
2. LeBron James Premieres New Podcast
NBA superstar LeBron James has joined the media world with the debut of his new podcast, “Mind The Game.” Along with co-host J.J. Reddick, James will give his deep insight into the game's intricacies as one of the best to play. According to the pod’s description, the show is “a celebration of the sport as they discuss the state of the game, dissect X’s and O’s (like they do here), and wax poetic about the game they love.”
New episodes of “Mind The Game” drop every week.
3. Dr. Dre Inducted Into Hollywood Walk of Fame
In his illustrious career, Dr. Dre has received numerous accolades. His latest honor is receiving a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. On Instagram, Dre posted a picture flanked by Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent, and Eminem. He also thanked everyone for their support.
“I’d like to thank my brothers and all of Los Angeles for showing me love on March 19th to get my Hollywood Star,” his post read.
Congratulations to one of the greatest producers of all time.
4. Megan Thee Stallion Is Headlining World Tour With GloRilla
For the first time in her career, rap star Megan Thee Stallion is headlining her world tour. The Houston rapper has tapped GloRilla as her opening act on several dates. On IG, “Hot Girl Meg” could not contain her excitement.

5. Allen Iverson To Release New Documentary
Allen Iverson is one of the most revered and influential legends in the history of the NBA and his life story will be coming to a screen near you. In conjunction with Shaquille O’Neal’s Jersey Legends and Stephen Curry’s Unanimous Bound, a documentary on Iverson’s life will be released on Prime Video. The doc will trace the Hall of Famer’s meteoric rise from his hometown of Hampton, VA, to becoming a global superstar that so many players emulated
“I’m ready to tell my story my way, authentic and unapologetically,” Iverson said in a statement. “I look forward to people seeing a side of me they haven’t seen before.”
No release date has been given for the documentary.
6. Stephen Curry Announces Underrated Gold Tour
Stephen Curry is arguably the greatest shooter in the history of the NBA. You can catch him on the golf course when he's not on the court, which is second love. This summer, Curry’s Underrated Golf Tour will be in action for the third year and is presented by KPMG. The tour begins at Old Barnwell Golf Course in Aiken, SC, June 21 - June 23 and is “designed to advance equity, access, and opportunity for underrepresented youth in junior golf.”
