911 Call From Young Dolph’s Shooting Released

Listen to the chilling audio.

Young Dolph had a death scare in late Sept. 2017 after he was shot multiple times while walking on an intersection in Hollywood. Luckily, the rapper survived the attack on his life. But just one week after the shooting, the audio from the 911 call made by a witness at the Shoe Palace has been released. The audio paints a chilling picture of the confusion and horror that took place that day.

In the audio obtained by TMZ, a man is overheard speaking with an emergency correspondent. As the officer asks the unknown caller for more information concerning the incident, the caller tries his best to explain what he knows. “I don’t know… I didn’t see it. He just came in,” the man says. The correspondent continues to ask more questions before the caller announces that he hears an ambulance approaching.

The 911 call was reportedly made in the back office of the Shoe Palace, where Dolph and several other customers rushed to after hearing the shots, TMZ reports. Shortly after the call was made, LAPD and emergency services responded to the scene, promptly taking Dolph to the hospital.

While it was originally reported that the rapper was in critical condition, doctors confirmed that he was stable. Dolph also broke his silence on Twitter on Oct. 1, tweeting, “It’s Dolph.” Corey McClendon was reportedly arrested on Sept. 27 on suspicion of attempted murder. The 43-year-old reportedly has ties to rapper Yo Gotti. Gotti and Dolph have a documented history of beef. The two reportedly engaged in some sort of altercation just before Dolph was shot.
