J. Cole Announces What Dreams May Come Tour With Wale
J. Cole has been having such a good summer that the only thing left to do is heat up a stage. Fresh off the success of a No. 1 album (Born Sinner) and his platinum-selling "Power Trip" single, the Roc Nation rapper announced the What Dreams May Come tour.
Wale is hitting the road alongside Young Cole for the 30-date jaunt starting at Miami's James L. Knight Center September 10, and wrapping up in Seattle October 30. Like his tour mate, Wale also notched a chart-topping release by way of his third solo project, The Gifted.
The duo will play large markets like Atlanta, Boston, Chicago and others. "It's going to be a wild ride," Cole promised in a release to BET.com.
Independent of the tour, Cole is set to make special stops at Rock the Bells, the iHeart Music Festival and college campuses around the country.
Tickets for the What Dreams May Come tour go on sale in select cities Friday (Aug. 2) at 10:00 a.m. local times via www.axs.com and www.jcolemusic.com. A portion of all sales will benefit Cole's non-profit organization, The Dream Foundation.
