Odell Beckham Jr. Commissions Painting That Appears To Shade Cleveland Browns
Odell Beckham Jr. is using art to let everyone know how he really feels.
The Super Bowl Champion wide receiver has reportedly commissioned a painting to honor his successful 2021 season. The painting’s artist, Charlie Failure, took to Instagram to reveal what the work of art looks like and it’s somewhat of a shade to his previous team, the Cleveland Browns.
The painted work shows OBJ in his current team’s uniform trying to help himself up wearing a Browns uniform. The caption of Failure’s post reads: “The importance of picking yourself up cannot be understated. This piece of art is self-explanatory.”

Beckham went through a couple tough seasons in Cleveland. In 2021, the former All-Pro compiled only 234 receiving yards in six games with the Browns. The year before, he only put up 319 receiving yards in seven games in 2020.
Additionally, rumors persisted that OBJ was unhappy with his situation in Northeastern Ohio. Famously, his father posted a video on Instagram showing Cleveland QB Baker Mayfield failing to throw to an open Beckham on several occasions.
In 2022, Beckham won a Super Bowl with the Los Angeles Rams after being traded to the team by Cleveland prior to the season.
