Ne-Yo and Monyetta Shaw-Carter were in solidarity for their kid's special day.

The exes came together in the name of love to celebrate their kids' birthdays in a joint party, as reported by PEOPLE. They are parents to Mason, who turned 12 on Oct. 9, and daughter Madilyn, who will be 13 next week.

The proud mom shared moments from their fun day of go-kart racing at Andretti Indoor Karting & Games in Marietta, GA. In one of the snaps, the family –along with Shaw's husband Heath Carter– is captured posing together while the "She Got Her Own" singer flashes a huge smile while standing next to their daughter.

Another frame shows the daddy-daughter duo standing in front of a portrait of her face as Ne-Yo wraps his arm around her.

Ne-Yo  also took a cool photo with his son while looking like two peas in a pod.

Shaw finished the post up with a video highlighting the crowd singing "Happy Birthday" to Mason and Madilyn.

The former couple were engaged from 2010 to 2013, but pulled the plug on their relationship two months before their wedding, as reported by Page Six.
