BET Awards 2024: Rising Stars Shaboozey, Tanner Adell, and Tyla Shine at BET Awards 2024
Country stars Shaboozey, Tanner Adell, and Afrobeats pop star Tyla, three of the music industry’s most promising talents, dazzled at the BET Awards 2024, hosted by the acclaimed actress, author, and entrepreneur Taraji P. Henson.
Rising country singer Tanner Adell debuted on the BET Amplified Stage presented by Nissan during Culture’s biggest night, performing the title track of her debut album, Buckle Bunny. She followed up with a new uptempo track, “Cowboy.”
Shaboozey transported audience members and viewers at home to the Wild West with an exceptional performance of his smash single, "A Bar Song (Tipsy)." He was later joined by rapper J-Kwon for a rendition of J-Kwon's breakthrough hit, "Tipsy.” The presentation marked the country singer’s debut performance on the BET Award stage.
Grammy Award-winning South African singer Tyla looked mesmerizing during her safari-inspired performance of “Jump” from her debut self-titled album, which featured guest appearances from reggae artist Skillibeng and Atlanta-based emcee Gunna.
