Future Just Whipped Out a Can of Petty For Desiigner

Real slick, Fewtch.

Petty is what petty does, so it’s safe to hand over the title to Atlanta’s auto-tuning trap rap all-star Future.

And now that we know how he feels about the 19-year-old Brooklyn emcee Desiigner, he’s even more deserving of it.

Posting what appears to be subliminal shade to Desiigner’s recent legal burdens after he allegedly crashed a rental Ferrari, Future flicked up his non-rented whip for Snapchat. The all-black, sleek luxury truck was captioned with, “I don’t do rentals,” as it became quite obvious who he was referring to with the photo.

Plus, the post comes shortly after TMZ reported that a rental company was suing Desiigner for upward of $500,000 for crashing said rental Ferrari in New Jersey. Though the car is valued at $220,000, the company claims that they need to be compensated for rental money they’d be missing on a daily basis until the car is restored.

Still, we won’t be expecting Fewtch to actually mention Desiigner or the Ferrari references despite the apparent shade, however, seeing as though in his June Rolling Stone cover story, he specifically noted that he wouldn’t want his name mentioned in the article.

“Future is reluctant to address this subject,” Rolling Stone noted in the story. “I never worried about anyone else ... I don't even want his name in the article," he said of Desiigner.
