Whitney Houston Leaves Everything to Bobbi Kristina in Will
With rumors and speculation still swirling around the untimely death of Whitney Houston, the latest chatter related to the late music star benefits her only child, Bobbi Kristina Brown.
According to TMZ, Houston has left all of her estimated $20 million fortune to her 19-year-old daughter. Bobbi Kris will inherit all of her mother’s assets including clothing, furnishings, jewelry, cars and personal effects.
Details of the singer’s will were revealed after the document was filed in Atlanta on Wednesday. Houston signed the will in 1993, a month before she gave birth to Bobbi Kristina.
In the will there are specific instructions on how Bobbi Kristina will receive her inheritance. She will get the first installment when she is 21, then another payout when she is 25, and the remaining amount at age 30.
This latest development in the aftermath of Houston’s death should quiet speculation that Bobbi Kristina’s father, singer Bobby Brown, was somehow mentioned in the will.
Bobbi Kris and several members of the Houston family, including the singer's mother, Cissy Houston, spoke publicly for the first time since Whitney’s death during a recent interview with media giant Oprah Winfrey. The exclusive interview will air on Sunday [March 11].
