Joseline Hernandez: Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta Is Staged
Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta's breakout star Joseline Hernandez has seemingly spilled the beans, revealing something about the show that viewers have known for a while. The self-proclaimed Puerto Rican princess said, while under oath, that the entire series is scripted.
According to TMZ, Hernandez is being sued by her former co-star Althea Hart, real name Althea Eaton, who claims that the outspoken reality star got high on crack cocaine before physically assaulting her during last season's reunion show.
Hernandez made the confession while testifying under oath in a videotaped deposition. She said that she and her Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta cast members "stick to a script."
"With reality TV, it's called reality, but it's a lot of acting," she said in the video. "I say that because a lot of the girls that's on the show, they act. So, it's a lot of acting in a reality TV show."
When asked if who she portrays on the popular reality show is authentic, Hernandez gave an interesting response: "Well, I mean, the reality TV show showcases a lot of who we are not."
Eaton's lawyer wanted to find out whether the "real" Joseline Hernandez engaged in the fight with his client or if the incident was pre-planned.
