Trump Supporters Burn Their Nike While Crying A River Of White Tears Over Colin Kaepernick’s Ad

Some have gone far enough to set their products on fire while still wearing them.

After Nike revealed Colin Kaepernick will be the face of the company's “Just Do It” 30th anniversary campaign, people on the right went above and beyond to show how in their feelings they were about the ad.

Although Kaepernick signed with Nike in 2011, the former San Francisco 49ers' quarterback has not been seen in any ads over the last several years. However, in a surprise announcement over the weekend, it became clear that Nike was waiting for the right moment to unroll their ad.

  • "Believe in something. Even if it means sacrificing everything," reads the ad

Kaepernick's career in football took a turn in 2016 when he began kneeling during the national anthem to protest social and racial injustice. The controversy surrounding the protest resulted in Kaepernick getting seemingly blacklisted from the NFL.

Last week, a judge denied the NFL's attempt to get Kaepernick’s lawsuit against the 32 league owners dismissed and the case will now go to a trial.

  • When Kaepernick's ad was revealed, people on the right showed their dissatisfaction buy destroying the nike products they purchased

Despite the NFL's belief that Kaepernick is bad for business, Nike has made the Black activist the face of their company.

  • One person named Phil Braun suffered burns on his feet when he set his shoes on fire without taking them off
