Kehlani had a rough start to the year. Her attempted suicide scare was really a turning point and from all appearances made her reflect on her life in a more positive way.

What many believed to cause her suicide attempt was an Instagram picture that seemed to reveal that she was cheating on boyfriend Kyrie Irving with ex PARTYNEXTDOOR. More recently, there are rumors that PND has been spending a lot of intimate time with Kylie Jenner. This time though, instead of falling to pieces, Kehlani is taking a more meditative approach.

Taking to the ‘Gram, the songstress posted numerous pictures of her in Jamaica and some picture quotes that give the impression that she’s moved on and is uninterested in her ex’s newest fling.

“When I awaken, I think only about the happiness in waking up,” she captioned in one of the Instagram pics. “Learning to live in the exact precious present moment at all times is a life changer.” She also captioned a James Baraz quote in another picture, which also seemed to indicate that she wishes anyone she’s known the best. "Mindfulness is simply being aware of what is happening right now without wishing it were different; enjoying the pleasant without holding on when it changes (which it will); being with the unpleasant without fearing it will always be this way (which it won’t),” it reads.
