Jim Jones Is Being Dragged Through Dipset Hell Over His Bold Claim About This Rapper
Harlem's very own Jim Jones took a break from his comical weather updates to sit with The Cruz Show on Power 106 on Friday (Oct. 26). The "We Fly High" emcee discussed the reunion of his iconic hip-hop group, Dipset, and his current relationship with Queens legend 50 Cent. Capo described their relationship as "great-awkward," because "whenever he sends a shot, I send two back," aside from their noted social antics.
Lately, 50 Cent has been calling Bronx-bred Soundcloud rapper Tekashi 69 his "son"
Fif's "son" dubbed himself the "King of New York," and apparently the founding Dipset member co-signed his proclamation. Capo stated that "it's a different era of music— the Instagram era." When he was coming up, it was about taking action in the streets, but Jim says now, the title of King can be defined "as being the most successful person in New York."
Although name-dropping Jay-Z, Nas, 50, Diddy and himself as some who've claimed that title, it's really about if he can "remain the King and what kind of King [is he?]"
However, his fans didn't take his sentiments so lightly and even dubbed him the "weakest link of Dipset"
