Wendy Williams was spotted out in public for the first time in over a year.

According to Page Six, the media personality and her son, Kevin Hunt Jr., whom she shares with ex-husband Kevin Hunter, visited a Newark, New Jersey holistic store called Bolingo Balance, which is owned by Victor Bowman, the son of herbalist Alfredo "Dr. Sebi" Bowman, on Monday (Aug. 19).

An employee at the store told the outlet that Williams was “sharp, upbeat and aware” and “very bubbly” during the visit. She was also “engaging but wasn’t as familiar with what we do here, so her son was more explaining things.”

“She talked about circulation improvement but didn’t want to get into too much detail on their first meeting and plans to come back in the near future,” the employee added. That same day, Bowman shared a photo of himself and Williams on his Facebook page. “Wendy Williams come to my store. Much love Queen,” he captioned the post.

Photos were also posted on the store's Instagram account. "Much love to Wendy Williams and her son," the caption read. "I remember when I met Kevin in Usha village, my dad told me I want you to meet Wendy’s son. At that time, we were the only ones of the same age in Usha.”

The 60-year-old was last seen publicly in March 2023, when she was returning to her New York City apartment. Her final appearance on “The Wendy Williams Show” was in July 2021, following a series of health challenges, including Graves' disease, lymphedema, and alcohol abuse.
