The strained relationship between Jackie Christie and one of her daughters, Ta'Kari, has unfolded most recently as she put her reality star mom on blast back in 2016 in an open letter.

Now, Ta'Kari has more to reveal about their relationship, and it seems she is putting it all in writing again, but this time, her words are coming to a bookstore near you.

Ta'Kari took to Instagram to share the news, stating that the title of her book is Lights to a Shadow: The Ta'Kari Lee Christie Story.

She shared an excerpt from the book that highlighted the much talked about differences in attention she and her sister Chantel received from their Basketball Wives star mother.

According to past reports, Ta'Kari was ostracized because of her darker complexion and, as she explains in the excerpt, she was left out of events with her sister because of it.
