At last, we’ve finally got our hands on how Kim Kardashian’s is maintaining her legendary big ol' booty. And it seems as simple as an intense, hour-long leg day workout.
The mother of two (soon-to-be-three) took to her Snapchat over the weekend to offer her followers insight on just how she keeps her posterior extra plump.
“Today is major leg day,” Kim stated as she got busy working out in front of the camera.
Her workout routine included:
- Hex deadlift squats using a cap barbell weight bar (or trap bar)
- Weighted sled pulls
- Romanian deadlifts
- Seated leg presses
- Glute kickbacks on a weighted leg curl machine
