The Phoenix Suns had the best probability of getting the number one overall pick, and they cashed in on those odds, receiving the coveted first selection in the 2018 NBA Draft.

Suns shooting guard Josh Jackson brought them that luck as he appeared on-stage to receive the news. The Sacramento Kings were able to walk away with the No. 2 overall despite not having a top three probability of receiving that pick, while the Atlanta Hawks walked away with pick No. 3.

Rounding out the top five, the Memphis Grizzlies, who missed the playoffs for the first time in eight years gained the No. 4 pick. The Dallas Mavericks will pick fifth overall.

If you’re wondering what the Cleveland Cavaliers were able to get for that Brooklyn Nets pick – they received the No. 8 pick. The 76ers, who kept the Los Angeles Lakers pick fell to No. 10 overall.

The upcoming draft is full of NBA-ready talent. Marvin Bagley III, Luka Doncic and DeAndre Ayton are all potential first overall picks, while Mohamed Bamba and Jaren Jackson are also expected to be drafted high.
