This episode starts with Paul showing up at Fatima’s workspace to give her the warranty for the new tire he put on her car. He also asks if she can join him for dinner as payment for the debt. Zac is right not to trust him. He didn’t have to act all ridiculous, but his hunch was correct. However, Fatima is loyal and tells Paul that if Zac can’t come, she ain’t going either, so that’s the end.

Next, we find Nate, Tony and Zac on a stakeout at Fatima’s firm’s parking lot. Remember, Nate connected with “Fatima” on an app and they’re supposed to meet in the garage to get it on. Now, we know that Fatima wouldn’t be dumb enough to hook up with Nate, but then they spot her heading to the stairwell, the designated meeting spot for the tryst with Nate.

Zac starts getting emotional and storms to the staircase but runs into Angela. He asks where Fatima is, and at first, she says Fatima left. Nate accuses her of covering for Fatima. Zac tells his boys to leave then points out that Fatima’s car is still there and that he saw her entering the stairwell. Angela then says she needs to go to the stairwell too because they both have to drop off some overnight reports. Angie then tells Zac that he should walk with her but he declines.

Fatima steps out and asks why Zac is there checking up on her. Zac asks if they can talk at home, but she demands to know what’s up right there. He finally shows her the dating profile. It’s a catfish, but Fatima makes a good point -- that the person who set it up knows her, because how else would they know specific details about her work. She suspects Nate and storms away. On cue, Nate and Tony return to join Zac, and Zac shakes Nate down about the page. Nate swears it’s not him but Zac doesn’t believe it and demands he figure out who’s behind it.

Mind you; tonight’s the night that Bryce and Angie are going to Zac and Fatima’s house for dinner. Neither Bryce nor Zac knows that Dr. Reid is coming too. Things are awkward. Zac and Fatima are into it, and Zac and Bryce are into it. It’s a lot of drama. Then, Fatima’s mother calls to up the ante. She and Fatima’s dad did some digging into Zac’s past and are disturbed by his criminal record so they want to meet him to make sure he has told Fatima everything she needs to know about him.

Finally, the episode winds down with Zac outside for a breather. But he doesn’t get that breather because Deja is in a neck brace. Zac foolishly entertains her shenanigans again, but this time Deja reveals that she will sue Zac and Fatima for damages caused by Fatima’s beatdown. That’s all for now.
