Scammer Or Nah? Porsha Williams' Fiancé Is Already Being Accused Of Fraud

The reality star just got engaged to Dennis McKinley.

Since Porsha Williams went public with her now-fiancé, Dennis McKinley, a slew of reports which have yet to be proven have emerged with claims against him.

Most recently, another was added to the list detailing the entrepreneur's allegedly sketchy business.

According to Radar Online, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star's beau was recently hit with a lawsuit for selling "faulty merchandise" for his Queen Virgin Remy Hair company.

The site obtained court documents from Magistrate Court of Fulton County, where Kimberly Garlick accused McKinley of "selling faulty merchandise" to the tune of $400 and "refusing to mediate," back in June, 2014.

McKinley, two months later, filed a motion to dismiss the civil suit.

"Plaintiff Kimberly Garlick improperly filed an action against Defendant," his court papers stated. "Defendant denies all of Plaintiff's allegations. Specifically, Plaintiff alleged that Defendant sold faulty merchandise and refused to mediate."

He went on to claim that Garlick "falsely indicated that she has an account with Defendant," stating that "there is no legitimate basis under the facts of this case to substantiate a claim upon which relief may be granted."

Garlick, in September 2014, asked for the case to be dismissed with prejudice.
