Bagley and Mitchell had been in a relationship with the latter coming to Utah to attend the state fair and stay with Bagley. Police say the two got into a fight at a bar, and as Mitchell went to Bagley’s apartment to get his things, he was shot.

On Monday, Bagley was booked into jail. Currently, no charges have been filed and it’s unclear if she has an attorney.

According to the PBR website, Mitchell qualified for the PBR World Finals in 2019 when he finished a career-best 55th in the world standings.
