@CalQulated Grits are processed corn. It is better to eat REAL ORGANIC CORN which has fiber & nutrients.
@JeanetteJenkins how are stairs good for abs??
@maasmama4 Anytime you're going up an incline (hiking, stairs, treadmill) you have to use your abs/core muscles to resist gravity!
@JeanetteJenkins what is your opinion on aquatic exercises? Do you think they're as effective as the gym?
@LadyKishma Yes aqua workouts are great! Just make sure you put in 110% and work hard!
