[Watch] Waka Flocka Wants Everyone to Know He Knows Better Than to Do This

He doesn't lock toddlers in dog cages, just FYI.

A Snapchat post has been interpreted horribly by the media this week and Waka Flocka Flame wants to let everyone know that one, he does’t have time for it and two, he doesn’t lock little kids in dog cages. Repeat, he doesn't lock little kids in dog cages. OK, copy that.

While the footage was taken a bit out of context, Waka has today (May 18) gone out of his way to clarify the clip, which showcased a little girl completely losing it while trapped in a crate.

The rapper confirmed that his niece simply had locked herself in the cage and he came to her rescue, while having a little bit of fun with the situation.

“Want me to bond you out?” Waka says, while the little girl reaches through the bars of the crate. “OK, I'm bonding you out. Come on baby, get out of jail."

He then comforts her with a hug and asks if she’s having a “bad hair day.”

The clip doesn’t show the beginning or the full scenario, and once TMZ got wind of it, they assumed that Waka had locked the girl in the cage himself, in turn setting the rapper off to go on a rant about the whole ordeal that was clearly blown out of proportion.

“F***ing d***heads, y’all think we locking kids in f***in’ closets and dog cages? Nooooo. This is our niece,” the 29-year-old clarified in a new post on his private Instagram page. “"She locked herself in by accident … She was crying. Yes I let her out. The f**k we look like locking kids in cages? Get the f**k off my page, get outta the media. Get a f***in’ life, stop worrying about our life.”

Even though we’re sure Waka would know better than to torment a toddler by locking her in a cage, it’s still kinda funny.
