While faking a pregnancy is one of the oldest April Fool's Day tricks in the books, as it turns out this couple wasn't fooling whatsoever.

Taking to Instagram, Tiyumba Wright shared that her and her boo, Musiq Soulchild, are officially expecting their first child together.

Ms. Wright shared the exciting news by having some fun in her caption, posting a selfie with her growing belly bump as evidence it wasn't an April Fool's Day joke.

"When it's April 2nd and she still pregnant..." she captioned her post, before adding a slew of hashtags further adding how excited she and Musiq are to finally share the news with the public, while also hinting this hasn't been the smoothest journey so far. 

Sharing such news after the day after April Fool's Day is definitely a creative way to reveal a pregnancy, as well as to make sure no one questions the announcement's legitimacy!
